Xt3 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the rules and terms governing the use of the xt3 platform. By registering or using any xt3 service, you agree to comply with all terms stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.
These terms apply to all users of the xt3 platform in Malaysia. Effective date: 2026.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering or using any part of the xt3 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with all related policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the xt3 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The xt3 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above who are not prohibited by local laws from participating in online betting and gaming activities. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful under the applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to register one account only. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current.
You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur. Deliberately providing false or inaccurate information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xt3 account password and login credentials. xt3 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account will be considered your own actions, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to our support team.
User Responsibilities
- Do not use automation software, bots or scripts to access the platform.
- Do not attempt to manipulate the system, games or transactions in any unauthorised manner.
- Do not share your account or allow others to use it.
- Do not use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
- Comply with all game rules set by xt3 for each game category.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the xt3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). xt3 accepts a range of local payment methods including online bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change based on operational requirements.
Deposit
The minimum deposit required is as stated in the payment section of your account. All successfully credited deposits are final and non-reversible. xt3 is not liable for any payment delays caused by third-party financial service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to a completed account verification process. xt3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Approved withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated in the support section, depending on the chosen payment method. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions, including the Welcome Bonus, are subject to specific rollover requirements and eligibility conditions. xt3 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time. Misuse of promotions, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

The xt3 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. xt3 makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or suited to any specific user requirements. xt3 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or business opportunities.
Xt3's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the actual deposit amount made by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the xt3 platform, including logos, designs, graphics, text, user interfaces and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of xt3 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, modify or use any such content without prior written permission from xt3.
Account Suspension, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
Xt3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including:
- Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraud, attempted fraud or suspicious activity.
- Creating multiple accounts or misusing promotions.
- Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
- Legal compliance requirements or directives from regulatory authorities.
In cases of account closure at the user's own valid request (such as a self-closure request), any eligible balance will be refunded once the required verification process has been completed.
Third-Party Links & Services
The xt3 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers or game suppliers. xt3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
Xt3 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising from the use of this platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
